Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement w ithin 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@hunatshop.com. If the case is deemed valid,we will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Free Product / SALE items

We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products and sale items, for any reason. No refunds or cancellation requests for sale items

Changes on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, w ithin 24 hours of making their purchases. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.
