When can I get the Tracking Number?
Tracking Numbers will be provided to customers with purchases of more $100. It usually takes 7-14 business days for tracking details to be available online.
For purchases of under $100 value, tracking number may be provided upon requests.
All purchases, regardless of purchase value, are tracked internally within our system and by our team to ensure parcels reach our customers within the stipulated delivery time frame.
How long does the shipping/delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-7 business days. Once the courier is already done loading your package on the plane, delivery time within the United States and the United Kingdom is 14-35 days after processing, and 20-45 days internationally.
Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
How can I track my product shipment?
For purchases of above $100, tracking number will be provided and sent to your email.
For purchases of below $100, our team will track the parcel status to ensure that it will be delivered within the delivery time frame. You can also request for a tracking number via email if needed.
What should I do if the received item is damage?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to email@example.com.
Can I get replacement for the damaged item?
Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.
What's your order cancellation policy?
We allow any cancellation of orders as long as the request is made within 24 hours of the order. If cancellation request is made after 24 hours, we will have to review case by case if cancellation is still allowed as we may have already processed the orders. Once cancellation is made, we process a refund via the original payment method immediately. However, it may take 5-7 working days for customers to see the amount refunded depending on their bank.
However, please note that cancellation requests for orders of sale items are not allowed, regardless of the timeframe requested.
